Chassis
1. Frame: The frame is 4” OD X .135 wall round tubing with 1 ¾” round tubing
uprights, x-braced, duplicating the original 427SC main chassis and suspension
mounts.
2. Type: the frame is ladder style with increased outrigger support with perimeter
rectangular tubing to support the monocoque tub cockpit and trunk.
3. Anodized aluminum firewall with ceramic insulation system to eliminate cockpit
temperature problems
4. Material: all DOM tubing
5. Wheelbase: 90”
6. Differential is independent Ford 8.8 center section 3.77 limited slip
7. 3.77 ratio
8. Rear shocks are Alden Eagle coil over, 6 position gas adjustable
9. Rear suspension is duplicated from original 427SC featuring upper and lower A-arm
with trailing arm. Rear hub uprights are modified to use new Ford shortened
IRS axles and rear brakes.

11. Front brakes are 11” late model Ford vented rotors and calipers. Rear brakes are
Ford 10” vented rotors and calipers.
12. Front suspension is patterned from original 427SC featuring upper and lower A-arms
and heavy-duty ball joints.
13. Wheels: Compomotive 3 piece, 9” X 17” front, 11” X 17” rear with pin drive
adapters.
14. Tires: Michelin Pilot Sport. Front 255/45 YR17, Rear 315/35 2R17

4. Wiring is a Painless kit cut to length on wiring board with modular plugs. MSD
ignition.
5. Steering wheel is cobra 15” with original turn signal switch and column

Company:
Premier Motor Sports is a Kirkham Motor Sports dealer and finisher and has
developed a high quality component car based on the original 427SC chassis and
suspension with a fiberglass body. The original chassis design has been kept while
increasing the strength and design of the front and rear structure for the larger aluminum
radiator and increased trunk room. Suspension has been modified from the original to
use late model Ford braking components, which are upgradeable to Wilwood. The
suspension will interchange with the original 427SC and vice-versa.
