This is an excellent example which is complete and a 100% original. It is intact with all of its jewellery and accessories.

The car does have some rust but is very straight and has not been wrecked or body filler put in and repainted. The car did run and drive but the brakes do not work. I had it running but the fuel pump went out. I had it repaired at great expense by an expert Benz specialist. He advises a full and proper cleaning service of the whole injection system. The rebuilt component was returned in a hermetically sealed bag, (see picture).

This is an unmolested original car that has never been butchered. It will require methodical, intelligent and patient care. It requires someone who knows and appreciates the unsurpassed engineering of this car. This is not for an inexperienced amateur. I believe that this car will reward with correct attention.

This car is a perfect candidate for restoration or it is even very possible that this car can be used as an everyday car. Approxamitely 3100 examples of this model were hand made between 1957 and 1962. This was an incredibly expensive and impressive automobile, representing high stature. It was made famous by a German diplomat and nicknamed the "Addeneur." This has the highest horse power engine at an 180hp of the whole 300 series. It weighs a whopping 5390lbs. This is a fantastic automobile.

The interior is in very good condition except for the front seat leather. It is the original interior. Wood has never been refinisheded, leather never redyed.

I have had many offers for parts and from people who want to hot rod it. The answer is No to parts or to anyone who will modify it from original. Please do not ask. Car comes with a reprint of factory manual. It has new tires.

We can ship worldwide, eg: Bremmerhaven, Germany, $2200 US.

Please read my feedback. All negative and neutral feedback was unwarranted with no attempt made by the parties to give me a chance to remedy their "problems."
